What gifting services do you offer?
We can do it all. Need a gift for one person, for one occasion? Then our one gift services will serve your needs.
Have 3 birthdays this month plus Mother’s Day for your mom and mother-in-law (gasp!)? Need help with your holiday gifting for your entire picky family? Hosting a baby shower and need 15 favors? Then our multiple gift services is the smart move.
All of our gifts are custom whether it’s one gift or 12 gifts or one gift with 12 items. We are flexible on how you want them wrapped - boxed neatly with a bow or presented in a container that is part of the gift and can be repurposed.
We offer consultations at the a la carte rate if you need to talk it through and see if the fit is right for your needs.
What is your gifting process?
After you contact us, we meet over email or phone (your call) to talk budget, recipient(s) and occasion(s). We then set out in search of that just right gift and send you our finding(s). The present is then packaged up beautifully and delivered.
Where do you source your gifts?
It’s mostly up to you. Lots of wonderful local resources exist here in Columbus but there are so many one of a kind options beyond that. You may feel strongly about staying local or you may want to tap into items from other parts of the state, country or world. (Just give us enough time to allow for shipping.)
Do you carry inventory?
Nope. Every gift is unique just like the recipient. We shop once you fill us in on our task. No two gifts are the same (unless you order it that way!).
Do you do group gifts?
Absolutely! No need for anyone in your group to run around searching for that special gift or gifts. We will happily do it and make all of you look like thoughtful super gifters!
When should I contact you and how?
We ask that you give us at least 10 business days in advance of when the gift is needed. The more time you give us, the more special the gift can be! There are so many cool resources out there and it takes time to investigate and often order items. Plus it gives us more time to personalize the gift. Please note that last minute gifting is subject to availability and additional fees.

When do I pay you and how?
You will receive an invoice upon approval of the gift. It will contain the cost of gift including sales tax, our gift concierge fee, wrapping fees and processing fees, if applicable. You can pay with a click of a button. Please note that nothing will be purchased until the invoice is paid.
Is wrapping included?
Yes, it is. Wrapping gives us the greatest pleasure and is complimentary or covered by a nominal fee. Please note that if you want a container type gift, we use charming containers that can be repurposed, is part of the gift itself and is billed as part of the gift.
Do you deliver?
We deliver to the recipient or you (if you want to see the look of joy yourself) free of charge in Columbus, Ohio within I-270. Deliveries outside of that area may be available for a fee. Let’s chat about it! Note: shipping is available for an extra fee plus the cost of shipping.
